My Business Manager offers a full 90 day, 100% money back guarantee on My Business Manager software. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, contact us before the end of the money back period (90 days from the date of purchase), and we will issue your refund.
Please note that the 90 day money back guarantee (Guarantee) is subject to specific terms and conditions. This policy is in accordance with your statutory rights under the Trade Practices Act.

So that you can see how the software works, you must also have downloaded, activated and integrated the software into your accounting data. Without giving the product a Fair go, no refund will be considered. Refunds will not, in general, be given to customers under the following conditions:
- The customer has broken our terms of service, or the terms of our product license agreement;
- they have paid for the product fraudulently or illegally;
- they have not given the product a "Fair go";
- they have not contacted technical support regarding a faulty item before the end of the money back Guarantee period.
Upon refund, you agree to lose all rights to use My Business Manager software. Once refunded for your purchase we will revoke the registration for your licensed copy of the product.
We are not responsible for incorrect information sent to us, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to provide correct details. Any costs incurred to us as a result of incorrect information will be deducted from any final refund amount.
